I tried Camel Pose (ustrasana) again today and I did SO much better that I impressed myself. The first time I did it a few weeks ago, my body was more or less a triangle, but tonight I was much more curved — I am getting it and I know my core is getting stronger! AND I figured out how to use my computer’s webcam without having to ask my husband or son for help.
I don’t know if you can tell because it is so dark but I think I have a decent curve, at least it’s getting there. I see definite improvement. Especially compared to my first attempt, but apparently I deleted that picture.
